Gerald Kohl alias GEKO, born in Vienna in 1967, has held
various management positions in the international corporate environment following his technical professional carreer and studied
business and organizational psychology at Danube University Krems.
He is a certified business and mental coach for systemic short-term concepts
(Besser-Siegmund-Institut, GNLC), resilience coach, human-online and wingwave® coach (GNLC, ECA, ICF),
holds a certificate as Project Management Professional as well as in IT Service Management (PMI, ITIL)
and has more than 20 years of experience with projects, in management and coaching.
As the owner of GEKO-Consulting®, he advises, supports and accompanies organizations, teams and individuals as a consultant, coach or lecturer on topics such as inter- and intra-cultural challenges, development and change processes, stress and resilience management, and primary burnout prevention. To date, he has published
two books
and ongoing
blog posts
on these focus areas.
In his private life, Gerald Kohl is happily married and the proud father of two children. He is a private pilot for helicopters as well as airplanes and volunteers on the board of an association for outdoor and nature experiences.
