Everything good remains within us Whether – Personal moments of excellence, Contact with meaningful people, Special experiences, activities and places. Or as in my case – remembering a wonderful day with Barbara Kobluk and her great Voestalpine #HR team , where I was allowed to be part of Respire Est. at the #Resilience / #Stressmanagement training together with Nadine Rass and Christoph Holzknecht in glorious #nature and summer weather #greenresilience. The collection of positive experience treasures remains in us and – can be skilfully activated as a resource #AntiStressTraining #wingwavetraining, when we have to deliver on the trigger again #AktiveBalance #MittenimLeben, or when our “innerer Schweinehund” – sorry – mindmonkey (:-))) tries to slow us down #mentalcoaching.
