"Green Resilience" or the connection to nature

Study: Already 20 minutes in the countryside lower the stress level!
Through "green resilience" = the connection to nature, the individuals or teams gain additional options for action, in order to master crises and strains with power. Resilience factors such as self-confidence, self-efficacy, social contact ability, solution orientation, acceptance or realistic optimism can be increased particularly well by the contact with nature.
According to a recent study by the University of Michigan, 20-30 minutes a day in the open are enough to lower the level of cortisol, also known as stress hormone, in the body.-> https://orf.at/stories/3117895/
